I’ve decided to start a new blog. A blog to give me some accountability, a place to go and discuss my creative pursuits without going to Facebook, Instagram, and/or Twitter. Of course, I will be on those sites, but much less. Facebook has really started to annoy me and make me question everything I do there. I do like being part of certain groups associated with online classes I’m taking, but that’s about it. I’m tired of the nastiness, the pettiness and the general pessimism going on there.
Instagram and Twitter, though, do still have some allure. Yet, Twitter is nasty. Instagram less so. I will be linking to here from there!
Ooo, I do want to mention that I will be teaching at Craftcation April 3-7 in Ventura, CA. Make sure to join us and learn the ins and outs of crafting through your own business!
I’ll be teaching a doodling workshop, a travel journal workshop, a recycled journal workshop, and I’ll be talking on a panel about authoring books! Other teachers include huge crafting names like Amy Tan, Debbie Stoller, Jennifer Priest, and Rebecca Saylor!
