Two years ago, I had the pleasure of taking a Sabrina Ward Harrison workshop. I learned a great deal from that workshop, one thing being about John O’Donohue. He was an Irish teacher and poet, writing several books including “To Bless the Space Between Us: A Book of Blessing,” which is lovely. We listened to interviews of him during that workshop, and upon coming home I searched for those audio recordings so I could listen to his soothing Irish brogue whenever I felt I needed to.

Today I was flipping through my idea journal and spotted a quote from him I had written down:
