For this week’s 10-Minute Journaling, I want to delve again into a list-making activity.
What 3 things did you learn this week? They don’t have to be earth-shattering. They can be as mundane as you like. Don’t worry about being deep here! If you end up with a longer list than 3 things, that’s OK! Just scribble down whatever comes to mind. And it doesn’t need to fill a whole page. Just work on a section of a page...
See how I wrote my list in a different direction on the page? Try to make some words different sizes to emphasize them. Maybe color over them with a marker like Tombow or Crayola to make certain words pop. Just have fun and don’t think too hard!
